Once again, the Richmond Village Association Inc. will be organizing “Lighting of the Park” on Saturday December 3rd, 2011 at 6 p.m. Come out and enjoy a Christmas carol sing-along, hot chocolate, cookies, friends and the unveiling of the new winter banner designs. You also don’t want to miss the winning parade entries for the Bright Bulb Award for the entry that is most innovative, interesting, fun and/or inspirational and the “AHH” Award for the entry whose lights, colour, glitz and sound come together for the ooh and ahh factor.
